Lela Kay Cook, 64, of Elizabethtown, entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, November 19, 2014. She is survived by her children: Johnny Oxendine and husband Peanut, Karen Smith and husband Kenny, Judy Ann Cook. Cristi Lynn Cook, Tony Ray Cook and Johnny M. Cook, a brother: Clarence Grady Cook, a sister: Gail Cook, a companion: Linwood Smith, Fourteen grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents: Grady and Ella Mae Moore, husband: Johnny Cook, a brother: Dexter Moore and two sisters: Virginia Moore and Joyce Moore. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, November 25, 2014 at Singletary's Cemetery in Butters at 2:00 p.m.
