Obituary for Melba Evers Bryant
Melba Evers Bryant, 78, of Elizabethtown, entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, March 12, 2014. She is preceded in death by her parents: Thomas and Lois Evers, husband: Byard Bryant, two sons: Timothy and Jeffrey Bryant, two sisters: Bernie Weaver and Judy Christian and a brother: T.F. Evers. She is survived by a son: Byard Bryant, Jr. of Elizabethtown, two daughters: Rhonda Bryant of Elizabethtown and Nancy Mote and husband Oscar Faircloth of Dublin, four sisters: Juanita Hester, Brenda Sykes, Wilma Hester and Catherine Edwards, one brother: Clyde Evers, six grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren. A visitation will be held on Saturday, March 15, 2014 at Lewis-Bowen Funeral Home from 7:00-9:00 p.m. The funeral will be held on Sunday, March 16, 2014 at Elizabethtown Penecostal Church at 3:00 p.m. Burial will be at the Davis Cemetery.
