Obituary for Truman Stanley
Truman Stanley, 86, of Bladenboro, entered into eternal rest on Thursday, July 24, 2014. He is survived by his wife: Hilda Stanley of the home, five children: Kenneth Stanley and wife Apryll, Jerry Stanley, Gary Stanley all of Bladenboro, Ronald and wife Janet Stanley of Florida and Jeanette Owens and husband Tony of Abbottsburg, twelve grandchildren: Greg Stanley, Lori Wiggins, Melody Stanley, Scott Stanley, T.J. Stanley, Tina Stanley, Ronnie Stanley, Justin Stanley, Hope Stanley, Joey Stanley, Jessica Stanley, Franklin Benton and nineteen great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents: John and Trixie Stanley, a son: Charles Stanley, a brother: J.P. Stanley and two sisters: Ruth Simmons and Cora Lee Carlyle. A visitation will be held on Friday, July 25, 2014 at Lewis-Bowen Funeral Home from 6:00-8:00 p.m. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, July 26, 2014 at Stanley cemetery at 5:00 p.m.
