Obituary for Helen Blackmon
Helen Packer Blackmon, 67, of Bladenboro, entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, May 13, 2014. She is survived her children: Donna Blackmon Hardee's and husband Keith of Lumberton, Timmy Blackmon of Bladenboro, Becky Blackmon Parker and husband Kevin of Bladenboro and Patricia Blackmon Pope and husband Bo of Bladenboro, her grandchildren: Megan and Jerrad Babson, Gabrielle Hardee's, Briana and Kaley Parker, Jamie, Mariah and Brandon Pope and a honorary daughter: Karen Whritenour. She is preceded in death by her parents: Graham and Essie Packer, her husband: Billy Blackmon and an infant daughter: Mary Ann Blackmon, her brothers: Claude Graham, Willie Lee and Lacy Packer and her sisters: Rosa Lee Dove, Frances Batton, Mildred Bullard and Sadie Jones. A visitation to honor the life of Helen will be on Thursday, May 15, 2014 at Bladenboro Church of God from 5:00-7:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers please make donations to the Bladenboro Church of God: Young at heart group, P.O.
